How is my freight price calculated?
Enter the collection point, destination and load, and you instantly receive a fixed net price based on the actual road route. Tolls and driving and rest times are already included. Your order becomes binding once we confirm it, usually on the same working day.
What loads do you carry?
From a single pallet – Euro, industrial, half or disposable pallets – up to a full truckload on an articulated lorry with 13.6 loading metres and up to 25 tonnes of cargo. The calculator automatically selects the smallest suitable vehicle.
How quickly can you collect?
With Express, we collect at the earliest available slot, usually within 24 hours.
What do I need to rent a van?
An identity card, a category B driving licence held for at least one year, and a debit or credit card for the €300 deposit. Each rental day includes 100 kilometres. Booking online takes around two minutes.
Are the vans insured?
Yes, all vans carry third-party liability and fully comprehensive cover. You choose your excess per claim when booking – from €5,000 at no extra cost down to €0 with the “Sorglos” (worry-free) package.
How quickly can I get staff?
You see a cost estimate as soon as you submit your request and receive your quote within one working day. Warehouse and courier staff start from €30 net per hour, with a minimum of 4 hours per person per assignment day.
Can I try the back-office portal?
Yes – free for 30 days with access to every module. After that, from €149 net per month, cancellable monthly, with a dedicated account manager and servers in Germany.
